Family Fitness Center (FFC LLC) offers workouts for multiple generations ... all under one roof. We provide services for women and children 0 -15 years of age. FFC operates a Slim and Tone Express workout (The Official Exercise Division for Nutri-Systems). The best 30-minute workouts designed for women using hydraulic equipment, elliptical machines, and treadmills. "The Kids Gym" is a functional gym where instructors teach children the basics about nutrition, good health, and exercise. Kids can also enjoy the giant inflatable obstacle course. Unlike some fitness centers that have limited hours, we are open 7:00 AM to 8:00 pm weekdays plus Saturday and Sunday mornings until noon - which gives you the flexibilty to exercise when it is convenient for YOU. We have both short-term and long-term plans that are billed on a monthly basis. Our plans are straight forward without the gimmicks that other clubs use. Senior & Student Discounts and Family Packages are available. Unlike other 30-minute fitness approaches designed for women, Family Fitness Center runs circles around the competition. Our newly-designed equipment (2004) is superior. Our hydraulic equipment have nine settings that let you progress at a level that is appropriate for you. Others use equipment with only one setting. With heavier Steel-guage construction (tested to be co-ed designed by the Chiropractic Association), ours is sturdier and safer to use. Its smooth action and sleek new design makes "Curves" and "Pace" equipment look positively outdated! We can even compete with large gyms by replacing two of their machines with our one designed for a different muscle group with each motion - offering twice the reps in half the time. Absolutely the most time effecient work out invented. Slim and Tone At Slim and Tone (The official Exercise Division of Nutri-System) we offer full exercise programs and Nutri-System weight management products. After a workout, enjoy a healthy smoothie. The Women's gym boasts equipment such as a double circuit with specialty machines to cater to womens needs. A full studio for classes, Pilates, Yoga, Fitclubs, plus various other toning and aerobic conditioning classes. We also have a cardio area equiped with Elliptacles and Treadmills. A personal training area with free weights and bowflex for added stregthening. FFC distributes the Nutri-system weight loss system and offer product discounts and free nutrition counseling to all members. Our staff is all certified in Slim & Tone's exclusive Core 4 Program and Win Training, which consists of focus on; Strength, Endurance, Felxibility, and Nutrition. We have it All!
