    Q. What happens after I fill in the forms?

    A. Within one to two business days after filling in the forms, you will receive our Client Welcome packet. It includes directions on how to submit the rest of the (optional) information about your business that we use to customize your JustZipPages web site to your needs. It also includes your unique client identification code and password, which you use to log in to our web page update system. Back to top

    Q. Are there any alternatives to the on-line forms processing?

    A. Yes. You have the option to submit the forms by mail or fax.  On-line processing is faster and more efficient.  We highly recommend this method in order to get your web site active as soon as possible. But if this is not possible for you, we are happy to process your forms manually.  Simply mail or fax the forms to us. You will be charged a processing fee for the extra time this takes us.     Q. I received an E-mail from you telling me that I submitted an incomplete form.  What should I do?

    A. You began filling in our forms but did not complete the process from start to finish.  Maybe you hit the “Back” button during the process, which is not allowed.  IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED A CONFIRMATION E-MAIL ABOUT YOUR FORM, PLEASE GO BACK TO THE CLIENT PAGE AND TRY AGAIN.  Back to top

    Q. My web site is active. How do I change some of the content?

    A. Once you have your client identification code and password, visit our Client Update Page on this site. Log in to our client web page update system and make your changes according to the directions there.  Back to top

    Q. I used the web page update system to make changes to my web site content.  When I check my web site, the changes are not there.  What happened to my changes?

    A. It takes 48 hours for your changes to show up on your web page.  Our Quality Assurance department uses this time to ensure that your web site is always professional and accurate before your customers see it.  Back to top

    Q. I forgot my client identification code or password.  How can I get it?

    A. If you have your original Client Welcome Packet, the client code and password are contained in it. If you do not have it, click here to receive your client identification code and password. NOTE THAT WE WILL ONLY SEND THIS SENSITIVE INFORMATION TO THE E-MAIL ADDRESS SUPPLIED IN YOUR APPLICATION FORM. Back to top

    Q. Why does my coupon say that it has not been approved?

    A. Because you did not approve it.  In order to ensure accurate coupons, we insist that clients must preview any changed coupon and approve it  before we will release it to the web site.  Log in to the Client Update system, visit the “Update My Coupons” page and select the coupon in question.  Make any changes you need to make, then carefully follow directions to proceed through the approval process.
